Here’s how easy it is to start the process:

  2. Returning the item: Once we connect, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Proof of return: To ensure your package gets back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Just send us your proof of return.
  4. What happens next: Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll email you with confirmation of receipt and whether the refund is approved.
  5. Refund timing: If approved, we’ll process the full refund (product costs only) to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a little longer to see the funds reflected in your account. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, feel free to reach out to us again.
