At The Great I Am Kids, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and with care. We currently offer shipping within Australia, as well as to the USA, New Zealand, and the UK. Below are our shipping and delivery terms:

Shipping Locations:

  • Australia: All items are dispatched from within Australia.
  • International Shipping: We offer shipping to the USA, New Zealand, and the UK.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be added on top of product prices. These fees are based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order.

  • Australia: Standard shipping rates apply across all states and territories.
  • USA, New Zealand, and the UK: International shipping fees will vary depending on the destination and size of your order.

Note: All shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Australia: Orders within Australia typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping:
    • USA: Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days after dispatch.
    • New Zealand: Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch.
    • UK: Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or public holidays.

Dispatch Time and Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after your payment has been processed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Time:

All orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of order unless otherwise advised.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders):

For customers outside of Australia (USA, New Zealand, and the UK), please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges as required by your country’s laws. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can track your order through the shipping provider's website to stay updated on your delivery status.
